The Town Scryer is a mixed bag of humor, socio-political observations and ephemera from the perspective of a eclectic Pagan veteran of the counter-culture.

Product Placement In Space

The Juno space probe that was launched Friday to study Jupiter will be carrying three milled aluminum Lego figures to the fifth planet, representing very stylized versions of  the Roman God Jupiter, his sister, Juno and Galileo, the astronomer.
Jupiter carries a lightning bolt, Juno has a magnifying glass to represent her search for truth, Galileo is carrying a telescope and a model of the planet Jupiter.

If there is anyone out there, they are going to be very confused.

Be seeing you.
